Ghewar Sweets is owned and operated by Luxury Group India Pvt Ltd. We pack each order with care so it reaches you in good condition, whether it is a fresh local order or a pan-India gift shipment.
We currently accept orders for Delhi NCR and selected locations across India. Delivery availability depends on the product type, serviceability of the pin code, and the freshness window of the item you order.
Local orders are usually delivered the same day or the next day, depending on the order time and product availability. Pan-India shipments for gift boxes and select dry sweets usually reach within 2 to 5 business days. Timelines may vary during festivals, bad weather, or remote-area delivery.
We use food-safe packaging and handle every shipment to reduce transit damage. Fresh products are packed to preserve taste and texture for as long as possible during delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and order details.
Orders are dispatched after confirmation of availability and delivery details. If we need any clarification about your address, phone number, or delivery instructions, our team may contact you before dispatching the package.
Our store currently supports Cash on Delivery for eligible orders. If a location or product does not support COD, we will inform you before the order is completed.
Please make sure your address, pin code, and contact number are accurate. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or repeated delivery refusal, extra charges or rescheduling delays may apply.
