Returns, replacements, and refunds
Because our sweets are fresh and perishable, this policy is designed to protect product quality and food safety.
ghewarsweets.com accepts online orders from Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida and Faridabad only. Ghewar Sweets takes complete responsibility for delivering the order in insulated packaging that helps maintain the freshness and temperature of the products. Ghewar Sweets uses only self-owned bikes and cars for delivery and does not use any third-party courier services.
You can cancel your order through phone (+91 9540677777) or by emailing info@ghewarsweets.com. Cancellation is valid only within 30 minutes of placing the order. Since the products sold are food items, we apologize for the short cancellation window. Your order amount, after deduction of payment gateway charges, will be refunded.
In case Ghewar Sweets is unable to deliver the order due to no-stock or any other reason, the complete order amount will be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You can raise a request through phone (+91 9540677777) or by emailing info@ghewarsweets.com.
Once you request cancellation of your order, it will take a minimum of 1–2 business days for us to cancel the order and start the refund process. You will be informed about the same through email/SMS. After the refund is initiated, it may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
