Returns, replacements, and refunds
Because our sweets are fresh and perishable, this policy is designed to protect product quality and food safety.
Ghewar Sweets is owned and operated by Luxury Group India Pvt Ltd. We prepare each order with care, but if something goes wrong, we want to review it quickly and fairly.
Refunds are considered only when an order is damaged, incorrect, incomplete, significantly delayed beyond a reasonable delivery window, or otherwise not delivered as expected. We may ask for photos, order details, and other supporting information before reviewing the request.
Our mithai is made to be enjoyed fresh. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened, partially consumed, or temperature-compromised products unless a genuine quality issue is reported promptly after delivery.
Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order. Share your order number, the reason for the complaint, and clear photos of the packaging and product. This helps us investigate quickly and decide the right resolution.
Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement, a partial adjustment, store credit, or a refund. The final resolution depends on the issue reported, product condition, and verification of the order.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may contact us to request cancellation. Once packing or dispatch has started, cancellation may no longer be possible because the product is prepared fresh.
